Hey I’d like to say I disagree with the take of the packers 2021 class being a “Miss”. the 3rd rd pick Amari Rodgers was an absolute liability and was cut in 2022. Despite that that class saw Josh Myers (their Starting C ever since), Eric Stokes (starting DB when healthy), Tedarrel Slaton who is now their starting NT, and MLB Isaiah McDuffie who has recently broken onto the scene last season in spot starting opportunities who seems to always make good plays… I say that to say you analyzed this class like it was still 2022, and we are nearly 4 years removed from this class now…
Rogers was a Great QB. Love is already as good as him. And as a Packer fan, true we wern't ment to make it through. But best said by Tom Grossi. We are playing with house money, if we lose it is ok. So yes we could have made the NFC championship, but in a season where we were 2-6 at the bye. Divisnoal isn't that bad in highnsight
He was a hit. He was projected to be our next randal cobb until someone decided to put him as a punt returner. Thats like Preston covering JJ!! It wasnt his fault it was the coaching!

While Slatin and McDuffie ended up being very nice rotational pieces who even combined to start 25 games last season (albeit on a mediocre defense at best), which is not bad an all for late rounds. 2. Well done Sir. Your research, interpretation and use of media accurately and entertainingly portrayed the Pack for who they are and what they've been through. Nevada, Utah St, tomatoes, tomaatoes.
I hate the narrative that he had no weapons. He had Adams, MVS who was a good enough back up for Patrick Mahomes, and Allen Lazard who he thought was good enough to take with him to the Jets… It doesn’t make sense to me.
As you talk about Jordan Love's first start against KC Chiefs, you mention him being the kid from Nevada...we all know it is Utah State...except you apparently.
You knew Aaron Rodgers was crazy when he wanted OUT from Chef Lafluer Fun fact, Rodgers full trusted Lalfuer after the Broncos game in 2019 When Rodgers held the ball too long wanting a deep shot Lafluer according to reporters and AR "ran over. Rodgers shouted "what do you want me to do?" To which Lafluer lookes him in the eye and said "throw the fucking ball. " Rodgers would then the next practice and go up to Matt and said "i get it now" Referring to how Matt made the offense simple, but give Rodgers the ability to check Adams into option routes
I can tell you put a lot into this video, but some more research was probably needed. Rodgers didn’t hate Love. Favre didn’t treat Rodgers well, and Rodgers did not want anyone else to go through that when transitioning into the starter. Also, Amari Rodgers was NOT a hit😂
@@broizon205 The Texans had a bigger turn around tho. There’s a reason they picked number 2 a couple years ago, they won like 2 games and a year later are one of the best teams in the league. Packers turn around was crazy but they weren’t ever in a true rebuild they went from a hofer to Love
The Packers traded up in 2020 to get one of the 3 top WRs on their board. All 3 of them went right before their pick and the next best player on their board was Love. They also got a RB, TE, 2 OTs and a C. In that draft. They didn’t avoid getting WR help, that is just how the board fell. And they did need Love. They needed insurance for when Rodgers was hurt or left. At Rodgers’ age and history of calf injuries, it was a matter of time before it blew. As it happens, Sept of 2023 was the time.
Dude, Kenny Clark, D Bak, Jenkins, Linsley.... those are great players, so many fans know so little about football, game is won in the trenches and always has been.
Yeb ! They’ll be a team of another decade QB again and they’ll piss the division off , if the defense improve just a little bit they’ll be contender for the NFC. 👍👍👍
I honestly think it comes down to how the defense performs under Jeff Hafley. They've spent way too much draft capital these last few years to not be a top ten/ top twelve defense. LaFleur and Love and these receivers have proven they can score points.
The Packers are going to surprise all the haters this season. They are young, INCREDIBLY talented, and EXTREMELY hungry for domination. There is NO TEAM in the ENTIRE league that can effectively defend against the Packers offense, and Jeff Hafley's defense is set up to take advantage of some amazing talent. Weapons everywhere in Green Bay! Good luck to their opponents.
Refusing to NOT play on the franchise tag? Didn't he refuse TO play on the franchise tag? Pretty significant difference... Great video, thanks, nice job!
I think we're all missing out that all of this wouldn't have happened If Anthony Barr didn't injure Rodgers back in the 2017 season, that's where I think all of this truly started
This is misleading. The packers started this build in 2020 with love. The next two years they drafted the wr's. And now this year they rebooted the defense and o line. They saw the rodgers era ending and planned far ahead.
Honestly defense wise it started even before that because look at our 1st rd picks from 2016-2023 it’s been so defensive dominant with the only miss being Darnell savage and possibly Eric stokes . The rest of those picks are key pieces on the defense plus the FA moves to go with a good DC . We’re primed for a great year defensively but we will see
Fun video and I'm subscribing, but I have to say that the title of this video should be "Why GB moved on from ARod". Thought this was going to be more a video of why he struggled the first half of the season and what changed in the locker room and his play to turn it around.
This is the most exciting team in the NFL. They are younger than the Texans. In fact the youngest team over the last 7 years. That’s over 220 consecutive different teams in 7 years that all on average we’re older than the Packers last year. And those Packers dismantle Dallas and almost took down SF in year 1 together - top 8 in the league. Then they get younger in FA. Who gets younger signing Vets? Plus they just had 11 draft picks. I don’t know what the final age average will be for them this year but it’s going to be even younger than last year. And they lost no key starters that weren’t replaced by equal or better talent. This team is crazy talented, and fresh off-the-lot brand new. It’s nuts what’s happening up there.
They have proven they know how to draft and devolop qbs and get the best out of them i just wish they would invest 1 first round pick and go get one of these stud receivers we keep seeing come out year after year and get the defensive coordinator right and put it all together and get more than 1 ring with love
Rodgers has stated countless times he does not hate Jordan Love and CONSTANTLY showers him with praise. Saying that Rodgers hated him is wrong on multiple levels.
Spending 16 of 23 minutes of a Packers rebuild video talking about how Rodgers couldn't get it done in the tail end of his era and then capping the whole video off by saying that Love gives a sense of hope that wasn't there anymore is some hater energy that I respect.
I hadn't been that nervous of loosing a Head Coach in Green Bay, since HC Mike Holmgren. Run Defense has been my #1 frustration as a Packers Fan. Favre to Rodgers had me better prepared for Jordan Love. Better tempering back any judgement and expectations. Early on, it was either going to be a bust or a genius move. So far, Jordan Love is paying off. Favre's exit was dramatic, Rodgers exit was creepy. Better not repeat Jets to Vikings/NFC North Rival. Can't wait for the PRIME development of these same young WRs. The biggest games of 2023 for me: Saints & Steelers > measuring stick, Chiefs & Lions > the bar. Playoff game against the Cowboys & 49ers >immediate ceiling goal to the next season growth step. Hating loosing Aaron Jones. Still can't believe the Packer spent BIG $$$$ to aquire Jacob's and McKinney. And the BIG take away from the 2023 & 2024 NFL Drafts: Addressing the TE & Saftey positions by doubling down. With so much youth on both sides of the ball. And the increased Cap Space coming soon. Even when the Packers have it to spend. It seems hard to imagine there being a need to sign older FA Vets anytime soon for any given position on the roster, unless they are 25yrs or younger.
Sorry bud I liked the video til you started calling Rodgers toxic which is an outright lie. You must have formed an opinion based on media narratives instead of what the man actually did and said. I should have caught it when you said he hated J.Love who he called a little brother type figure. But now I'm positive you're just going by what you heard from the tv and social media
Aiuk was picked ahead of them. I’m sure they would’ve picked him if he was available, but he wasn’t and they didn’t have any capital to trade up all the way and get Jefferson.
They didn’t give him a turkey because Olsen destroyed it in the booth. Even if the packers had lost a player from the lions would have still gotten a turkey
First of all, Rodgers never had beef with McCarthy, Lafluer and Rodgers never butted heads. And you say he hated Love? All of that was lies from the media. Rodgers never had a problem with anyone he played with or played for. He hated the front office. That’s it.
Call me crazy, but I'm not quite as optimistic on Jordan Love and my Packers as most people. I mean, I'm sure they'll be good or at least decent, but I'm not sure how good. The 2023 Packers were defined by the underdog mentality... on both sides. Our four biggest wins of the season were against all our division opponents and the Cowboys on the road. We were heavy underdogs in all four games. And what did we do? We only posted 38, 29, 33, and 48 points -- 4 of our 5 highest scoring games of the season (the other being 33 in Carolina). Yet, in the games when we were favored or even slight underdogs, we didn't do much. Sure, we beat the Chiefs as underdogs, but that was a close game at home. We should have at least been competitive against the Bucs, and we definitely should have beaten the Giants, but we looked bad in both contests. We were favored against the Rams because Matt Stafford got injured, and we did win by 3 scores, but really both teams deserved to lose that game. We were supposed to beat the Panthers handily, and we did beat them, but only on a game winning field goal as time expired. And when we beat the Bears in week 18, we were favorites and should have won by more than one score. So that's why I'm not sure about crowning Jordan Love the next Bart Starr / Brett Favre / Aaron Rodgers just yet. Give him a season as the favorite and see how he does.
Might want to do a lil more research there bud. Rodgers never hated Love. In fact, he made it a point to mentor him. Love talks about how much it's helped him and they still talk to each other to this day
The 2022 Draft class was a Gutey masterclass. I mean, look at it. Quay Walker looks like a rising star at the linebacker position. Devonte Wyatt took a great sophomore leap last year and looks to make an even bigger leap this year. Christian Watson is the most talented receiver on the team. Romeo Doubs is arguably the best receiver on the team in terms of production. Zach Tom is one of the most exciting right tackles in the league and has only allowed 3 sacks in over 1,500 total snaps played in his two year career. Rasheed Walker has worked himself up to the starting Left Tackle job and was great to end the season having the second best pass block win rate from week 12-the divisional round only behind fucking Trent Williams. Wow. Gutey cooked.
Aaron never hated JLove unlike a lot of the media he’s able to realize two things can be true at the same time. He can be mad at the organization for drafting his replacement with a first round pick and how they went about it while realizing that Jordan also doesn’t have a say in this and that he should still respect him and be a good teammate.
That 5 week rebuilding between week 4 and week 9 was brutal. I don’t know how other fans can deal with the rebuilding process. I hope I don’t have to go through that again.
Very weird of you to say he hated Jordan Love. Even after this season where Rodgers reached of to Love and offered both encouragement and congratulated him on his successes.

When Rodgers held the ball too long wanting a deep shot
Lafluer according to reporters and AR "ran over. Rodgers shouted "what do you want me to do?"
To which Lafluer lookes him in the eye and said "throw the fucking ball. "
Rodgers would then the next practice and go up to Matt and said "i get it now"
Referring to how Matt made the offense simple, but give Rodgers the ability to check Adams into option routes
Great overview. Always some issues and criticism but really good job. I will subscribe
Ayeeeee appreciate it!
Great job!!

Rodgers never hated love bro. It was disdain for the organization
He was upset with the organization but Whitaker that much money when you don't want t stay
The whole scene at 6:20 perfectly captures what Packer fans have felt the last few years
Really good content bro. I will let you slide on the Amari Rodgers comment🤣
They didn’t even rebuild. All of their players just got way better, shit just clicked.
Packers just set a whole new standard for rebuild years
@@broizon205 The Texans had a bigger turn around tho. There’s a reason they picked number 2 a couple years ago, they won like 2 games and a year later are one of the best teams in the league. Packers turn around was crazy but they weren’t ever in a true rebuild they went from a hofer to Love
The Packers were definitely in rebuild mode. Youngest team for a reason, no one knew Love was going to work out like it has so far. @@_Wrd2
"Gutless, heartless, leaderless playoff frauds! Fraud! FRAUDS!" Skip cracks me up
The Packers traded up in 2020 to get one of the 3 top WRs on their board.
We’re primed for a great year defensively but we will see
@@jsmoove88 They did not start planning for a new face of the team without Rodgers until 20.
I can see them winning 12 games
I've been edging to Skip's Wild Card reaction for 4 months now.
hahahaha
YOUNG KIDS CAN BE COACHED AND HAVE HEART ❤️
12:17 is such a wack piece of "info". Rodgers has come out many times and said Love is like a little brother to him and they got along great
They have proven they know how to draft and devolop qbs and get the best out of them i just wish they would invest 1 first round pick and go get one of these stud receivers we keep seeing come out year after year and get the defensive coordinator right and put it all together and get more than 1 ring with love
More Packers videos please.
Rodgers has stated countless times he does not hate Jordan Love and CONSTANTLY showers him with praise. Saying that Rodgers hated him is wrong on multiple levels.
was it really a rebuild? they were never bad
Spending 16 of 23 minutes of a Packers rebuild video talking about how Rodgers couldn't get it done in the tail end of his era and then capping the whole video off by saying that Love gives a sense of hope that wasn't there anymore is some hater energy that I respect.
Packers week 1-8: We suuuuccccSSIIKKKKKKKEEE!!!
Throwing that tom grossi clip in... Love it. Lol
We don’t rebuild. We reload
Mmhhhhmmmmmm
Not mentioning Dbak as a major piece isn't fair. He was the best LT in the league - the second most important position in football
Love being a packers fan. It’s so fun
I’m not a Rodgers defender, but he didn’t hate love. Love has said many times he was a great mentor
I love that you show tom grossi reaction
They need to stay healthy!
Top 5 in toughest strength of schedule. Packers win the division with at least 12 wins.
I see them bringing the Lombardi trophy back home to TITLETOWN!!
That Grossi cameo, lol...
Jordan was not hated by Rodgers because Rodgers was hated by Favre
Mvs, Lazard, tonyan..all pretty good supporting players.
Tom Clements
Go Pack Go! 💚💛💚💛
ARod doesn't hate Jordon Love. He even wished him well in his career in the future.
The hand writing was on the Wall. Rodgers knew it.
Irresponsible research.
Fr. Multiple times he says Jordan Love was drafted out of Nevada when it was Utah State.
True this was my fault I saw the logo and thought nevada but i totally had a brain fart! Thank you for the clarification though!
It’s funny how TJ slayton and mcduffie are pretty good, but Amari Rodgers was the “hit”😂
The Packers did not rebuild mid-season. They rebuilt over the previous few offseasons and it took a little while for it to click
Yeah, no kidding. He’s being rhetorical and using his rhetoric as Clickbait what sounds better that or a midseason turnaround?
Crazy we didn’t even get to one superbowl during those years. Niners own us
That 5 week rebuilding between week 4 and week 9 was brutal. I don’t know how other fans can deal with the rebuilding process. I hope I don’t have to go through that again.
Very weird of you to say he hated Jordan Love. Even after this season where Rodgers reached of to Love and offered both encouragement and congratulated him on his successes.
TIL that Utah State = Nevada.
