২ ইঞ্চি আদা (কুচানো) / Ginger (chopped) - 2 inch.
৪ কোয়া রসুন / Garlic - 4 (koya) pcs.
২ টি শুকনোলঙ্কা / Dry Red Chili - 2 pcs.
১/২ চা চামচ জিরে (গোটা) / Cumin Seeds (whole) - ½ tsp.
১ চা চামচ হলুদগুঁড়ো / Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp.
