Superb capturing👍👍👍👍 Great shots as usual on the turntable - good to see the young girl on the footplate, it's not all boys toys!!! Excellent thrash up Bincombe, very sure footed. Dare I say it - 8.33 - British Snail, 🙄🙄 sorry everyone!! Thanks for getting wet once again Matthew.
Another superb video Matt, in challenging weather conditions. Many thanks for sharing. I was at Semley (like you, getting soaked) and later at Parkstone. Incredibly lucky not to get 'photobombed' at this location. I was at the end of the opposite line platform when the driver's cab of a Bournemouth to Weymouth stopper train halted alongside me. Fortunately, he waited a while to leave, as he wanted to see 35028 climb up the Parkstone Bank !
Thanks very much, Nigel! The weather certainly caused a couple of headaches and last minute adjustments. I did wonder about the performance on Parkstone Bank, and whether to gamble on giving it a go, but with Upwey Bank so near... it's hard to tempt myself away. You were very fortunate there to have such an agreeable driver.
I was on the Britannia (Steam Dreams) Garden of England excursion on the same day! I didn't know that Clan Line also set out from Victoria also? If you are a steam traction fan, you were in for a right treat!
Another lovely video well done great camera work as usual I am really looking forward to seeing your next video I hope you get a nice video next time also when is your next video going to be on TH-cam bye for now Philip

It's understood that this was her first time on the footplate.

Absolutely. A credit to all those who look after her.
Great catch! 🙂
Thought it would have Southern coaches but who cares! It's still a railtour! 😂
Thank you
It's a nice thought, but I'm not sure there are currently any mainline green coaches around. Shame really.
