I too Father had been encouraged by Sr Teresa wife of Glen to sacrifice some time in the morning and pray, as she had inspired me saying that the first hour of the day belongs to God. I attended retreats in the year 2011 & 2012 at Potta and from then onwards I have never failed to begin my day with a prayer. And I have seen a marvelous difference in my life.

Praise the Lord and All Glory to God for inspiring Holy spirit to deliver an excellent spiritual sermon using the his tool fr. Michael Payyapilly. Lord I m lost in words how it rooted in me. I m so happy that I have "Mannae" in the morning. As father said some take their Manna in the evening but Lord wants us to have in the morning at Lord's time and not at our time. When I was small my Dad used to send me n my brother for morning 6am mass I used to fèel very sleepy during mass. I went through many bad days in life but I get up every morning n spent 1 hour in prayer n Jesus provides me MANNA.
