well we used making it as syrup. its good for lowering high blood presure evectifly within 20-30 minute after consumption the syrup. warning to ppl who had low blood pressure, do not consume this when your blood pressure is low, or it wil drop low. but for daily syrup its ok to serve it 2 glass each day on daily basis. especialy with ice on hot sunny day.
Is it not too tart? I have a tree at home. We use it as a souring ingredient in chutneys and fish bouillon/soup. I wander how a jam would be.I currently don't use sugar so i can't make this.
