Thank you so much for this tutorial video. I never know how to crochet sweater, following your video make it so simple, stylish, elegant, and easy to make. I was able to make my first sweater and it comes up so nice. Thank you once again
Amazing pattern! Thankx for sharing. Although i used the same yarn, crocheting the sweater with 5,5mm crochet hook barely fit me and was more the size for my daughter (7 years old), therefore i tried with 6,5mm and it fits better.
Beautiful! I was waiting for the flood of after Christmas crochet sweater patterns, but oddly enough there haven’t been many. Maybe everyone is burnt out from 2020 (the Covid) and everything else. I also love when a talented designer like you can take a classic “knit look” and come up with a crochet version for us hookers!’ Lol!!
This is such a lovely design. I just purchased the pattern and can't wait to make it. The sweater you are wearing also looks beautiful. Is there a pattern for that one as well?
I have worked the yoke and divided for body and sleeves. Working on the body, it is getting wider and wider, following the line of the yoke, and I am NOT doing any increases!!!! I have been crocheting for many years and can't understand why this is happening. Any suggestions please?
@@ByKaterinaDesigns Thanks for your response. I have already frogged this work :-( back to the underarm chains and have decided to decrease them to 3 each side and then turn each round to stop the joining seam from moving across the work! By the way, I am in England working in our DK yarn with 5.5 hook. I had to add a pattern repeat to the yoke to get the right length but did not do the increase row. I am doing it as a Christmas jumper in red with green and white cross stitch rows and silver and gold shell rows, so am eager to get it done. It is a lovely pattern. I'll let you know how I get on! Thank you again. Linda
So beautiful! Did you use US or Uk terminology for the crochet hook? I have tried with an UK crochet hook (5,5) and the circumference was too small for my head. I am trying with a 9 mm crochet hook now and it’s better.. thank you ☺️
5,5 mm is 5,5 mm all over the world, isn't it? I can only assume that this designer crochets extremely loosely. I made her Ocean Sweater for my husband using the exact same yarn as she did and had to go up two sizes as well and other consumers at the German Hobbii website mentioned something similar. The gauge for this pattern says 10 cm for 12 dc and with hook 6 I still manage only 9 cm (using the same yarn). How did your drape turn out with a 9 mm hook? That sounds pretty drastic! I don't want to move up too much with my hook size since I still want a nice drape. So I'll be using hook 6 and go for size M instead of S. Thanks for letting me know!
Lmao 🤣 Use your Imagination 😅 It's a beautiful "Scrap yarn" sweater. Number your own Colors or use the same she has listed on a chart with her pattern. Read the information ℹ️ for sizes and increase for the size your inquiring about.
Sherrie T Wow Sherrie, no need to be so rude. Perhaps Ehab Ali is a beginner crocheter and relies on patterns or directions. We all started somewhere. Nobody is born knowing it all. Choose Kind.
@@darlenehuber793 if she's a "beginner", then perhaps start with something less complicated. These lovely creators are basically holding hands showing step by step. AND kind enough to Give different sizes for free as opposed to getting paid. So not to sound RUDE but one should read the Written information along with the video for other sizes.
One of the most lovely and unusual crocheted sweaters ever. This is a "must make this" for me. The colors you chose are gorgeous.
I made one of this sweater every year 3 colors thanks to you for all your beautiful work ..❤

I was thinking exactly same. No way could I crochet as loose as she does. It’s a fab design though.
