@@nathanmays7926 There already are builds that would let people KO half the players by turn 7.
In the next patch, Blizz should entirely remove two minion types, and not add a new one.. (or make two types ban in matches, not just one type).
That and as they will introduce new cards, bring back the ones that were removed for being broken.
Or... just remove the entire card-pool and replace it with another one next year.
Because as the number of cards increases (alongside the power level of the cards), the games turn into "no-roll v. high-roll v. uber-high-roll", slowly diminishing the importance of skill.
Like... what does it matter how well you plan out your game, if one of your opponents has, at 9 gold, a board that can hit for 20-30 damage to your face, with minions that have 20-30 dmg/hp.
Just wait until they release a hero with the hero power "You deal double damage to your opponent".
@@godthisisannoying That would actually be a very bad hero power. Does not contribute to your board at all... only win more value. It would be the worst designed bg hero ever made... People hate playing it, people hate playing against it and if anyone plays it nevertheless it would totally imbalance the usual flow.

How to transition into lategame, just win 20% games, fight ghosts and almost lose, then hit the best tripple you can, into divine poison. omw 12k (still him holding on and buying the murlocs was bigbrain)
Also have the opponent give you a 50% chance to instantly win by having the ghoul attack first, which made the parrot a dead card

Yeah he fucked his own board for 4 turns and got extremely lucky to not die
@@cacs2201 It was the right play. The odds of kripp finding another megasaur so soon and choosing windfury was very low so ghoul first is better like 90%+ of the time. The main blunder was taunting goldrin when he already had a saurolisk taunt. His hydra would have been big enough to kill the bagurgle and warleader.

And already having a Brann handy.

It's so funny when you think about the worst scenarios and realize the opponent just needs to hit anything other than the grandmother to make it a bad scenario, and then the opponents hit the grandmother 4 out of 4 times, making him lose just 4 health in total from a 45 % to lose into a 66.5 % to lose.

If he hadn't gotten that unlucky for that round, he would have survived both 20% matches. Luck was very much balanced this game
@@gankjhie Still, a better player would have adjusted and not taken such a greedy chance. He took 28 and the next first guy was on a winning streak. And Kripp is like 11:14. He definitively deserved to lose there. Not that I wanted him to lose, but his overconfidence is carried by his plot armor, which is frustrating to watch.

I know sometimes you read the comment section, so here's my try: I watch you making my and other peoples life every day a bit better. Its not only about your highiq gameplay, its more about you being a nice, smart guy. The way you handle the shitflies, for example that ones you had to deal with in arena, gives me a sense about how to not fall into the trap of dissatisfaction and anger, but instead find a way to get along with struggle. But theres always a part of that original feeling that stays, conscious or subconscious. So that's why I wanted to say that I really appreciate what you're doing, thank you. Beside that streaming stuff you do for a living, I wish you take care of yourself and your wife, but I'm sure you do. I wish you all the best.

Gotta give it to that last guy, he had nearly the perfect counter with the Ghoul+Divine shield setup. His stats were just behind where they needed to be. Like others have said, Kripp got unspeakably lucky this game surviving the 4~ matches leading up to his transition, and then getting the Divine Shield+Poisonous adapts. Gross.

Kripp keeps saying that most games "last only 12 rounds this meta", but the past 15 videos or so, I havn't seen anything below round 15
I mean yeah that's the point he's trying to get to, 12 round games are boring so he doesn't post the ones that end on 12 rounds on the channel, he posts the interesting and fun endgame builds or just the weird ones he managed to pull out, that's pretty easy to realize too, but okay.

thy really need to add more menagerie buffers because the build and cards are there, but it generally scales badly (maybe just cus the game is too fast now?) like compare it to most builds, even if you have double lightfang you only get +4/+2 minimum per round...yet theres Murlocs, Dragons and Pirates (Demons to extent).
He is so incredibly lucky. When I try to go murlocs, I NEVER get the megasaur at the first triple on 5... (and if I miraculously happen to get it one time, I don't get divine shield or poisonous adaptations).
Yesterday I pulled off what I thought was gonna be an alpha pivot with golden bran and 6 triples, first (megalul that I already had) hit neither poison nor divine shiled just 3 hp and plants, then got 0 megaluls from 6 triples....
9:40 Can someone explain to me, why he would not get a golden warleader? He is offered the second on here, there is one for sale for the 3rd. It might not be the greatest murloc but it is far better than the base version.
It’s because combining two war leaders into a golden one would mean he has one less divine shield+poison murloc, so while the stars would be better it’s actually worse than having two distinct murlocs

He says "Let's float murlocs", which means he'll take cards in preparation for a switch into a murloc build. In a murloc build the Coldlight Seer is going to be a much better card to have. He's not going for the best card here and now, instead he's thinking ahead.

survived a 80% lethal followed by a 60 % lethal. find 2 bugurgle and a megasaur, divine shield and poison in the next turn. lucky game, nice execution tho
So, here's a quick recap for newplayers on how to transition properly.
Don't worry, it's ez!! all you need is:
_have insane luck during tier 2 and pick some of the best minions for you hero with minimal tavern refresh
_get an early cave hydra the same turn you upgraded your tavern to tier 4.
_ be insanely lucky so that you get to upgrade 2 of your already strong minions right before transitioning to tavern tier 5, and get BOTH a brann bronzebeard and a lightfang enforcer out of it
_have enough hp to survive a devastating 28hp single hit.
_have insane murlocs luck and only get the battlecry / buff ones.
_get enough of said buff murlocs to get golden versions
_play the goldens, get a gentle megasaur and have the megasaur buff your minion with divine shield and poisonous, all on the first roll
Aaaand, thats all it takes to be number1 in HS battlegrounds! This isn't magic, it's simple !
Now, you go play and win those battlegrounds.
Altho, little advice before leaving, with this luck I would advise to be very careful because if karma is real you're gonna die a horrible death.
