Aloo ki Vadi

Ingredients
Aloo ke patte ( Colocasia leaves) = 15
Bessan ( gram flour) = 2 cup (1 cup =250 ml)
Green chillies = 6 /5
Garlic = 18
Cumin seeds = 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder = 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder = 1/3 tbsp
Salt = According to taste
Tamarind = 1 cup ( 1 cup = 125ml)
Jaggery = 1 cup ( 1 cup = 125ml)
