Matt, do you have CAVA in the Orlando area. It’s amazing. It’s like chipotle but much healthier and a thousand times better. We have them all over metro Atlanta. Give it a go. Trust me it’s OG spec
You guys did an amazing job with the place but I am sorry to say there’s no way it is worth $15k-$18k a week. There are mansions on the beach in Malibu for that.
@@keithredsox36 I am not 100% certain but I also believe that no pets are allowed? Seeing that this place is provides a lot of outdoor space and is more suited for families even if I wanted to visit we wouldn’t be able to.
Chipotle is crazy inconsistent by location. I have 1 or 2 in my area that are perfect. 10/10 burritos every single time. But the other 2 or 3 driveable for me are terrible. If you find a good one it's so worth it.
Don't want to be too critical but why should this place cost 15-18k a week? Are there any similar places for that budget? 18K gets you a top notch luxury villa in Italy for 10 people for 2 weeks. Of course without the OG experience but how do you quantify that?
@@joshm2243what financial fiasco are you referring to? If you’re not making money right now the problem is you, because jobs are booming, and people are spending money.
@@joshm2243 Although there will always be someone who can pull the trigger and stay for a week, i do think it's a bit extreme unless there's 2-3 couples sharing the week's cost. Also, it could just be OP's sarcasm, so I get it lol
You guys have lost your mind. The carrying cost of this place is about $240,000 a year just to operate it. $5,000 is about a third of what a place like this costs. This place is not for average people.
@@Jeffro23_whether you’re making money or not I would go out on a limb and say there are many who would still choose not to pay $5k/week for a place in the backwoods of Georgia. Just saying.
There are levels in life, motel 6, holiday inn, or ritz? 5k a week for this place is a bargain, ritz quality at holiday inn price. I keep looking for excuses to book it, although I have no reason to be anywhere east of the Mississippi in 2025.
Ha, ha... You don't have a good reference for what things cost. I had a car there. That car was $150K. The carrying cost of insurance for a rental car was $1250 a month alone. This house should be $15,000 a week. The only way it works is that most people that come here buy a bunch of stuff.
@ it’s only worth what people are willing to pay. My take is the house is way over improved for the area. If you built this in a resort area, totally different story.
I'm diggin' Rusty's deleted Powerstroke and big baller $200K+ ski boat!
Helen location is a dream location. The racing sim and Home Theater are my favorite!
I’ve stayed and it’s incredible.
Ruth Chris is okay but there are so many better places. One of their best options isn’t even a steak. It’s their stuffed chicken.
Looking forward to this week!
Truck sounds and looks good
Place is awesome

Next up- OG Maui. Much warmer there!
Small world . I have the same washer and dryer ..... im looking to buy a racing sim. Would you recommend that one you have ?
I 100% would recommend.
@ObsessedGarage sweet... thanks
Need some content on that Nautique!
I hope I never get to that point with Chipotle. I love it so much.
Someone needs to either restore or junk that Mustang 2. So sad to see it sitting there for years.
nice advertisement, thanks

Most people can’t afford the 5k a week either unless your with 4 other families
And Miami, South Beach, or The coast of South Carolina
Keep watching. You are going to learn something.

@ video out soon showing why a breakdown of why you believe those figures?
"Half-ton"🤣😂🤣😂
I understand you wanting to buy the other house, but financially does it make sense? You dont want to lose money on that place too.
In 2024 how many weeks was this place booked? And what was average price per week?
$6000 /30 weeks
Hi Matt, what do u think of Bose sound systems?
It's not expensive enough
Not good. There is nothing Bose makes that is acceptable.
No highs, no lows Bose …😂
If you're over 65 years old they're perfect.

that steak looked very well done, LOL. Guess you are not a medium rare steak guy.
It was medium rare if not a little to close to the rare side for me. I'm not sure how you could tell without cutting into it.
Bro is a MEAT looker expert. Lol

Um...the OG experience is the whole thing.
I can attest to how great Destination OG is. I stayed in 2023 and hope to get booked for 2025.
whos boat
Why would you ever sell that place, its such a money maker?

You gotta include a Porsche for the 5k a week. That’s the whole point
