They cancelled this line at it’s peak, my favorites were always Commander Rogers and Iron Man 2020
Yeah the Commander Rogers was another good one.
He definitely is! Better than a lot of marvel legends which is disappointing

Definitely better packaging than legends. I miss bios. They're not even putting them on gi joe classified.
For real! What's up with that? I loved reading the bios as a kid.
Fun fact: This story was happening around the time when I was getting back into comics and started collecting again. I haven't kept up with most comics for a years, too much space and they got expensive to be buying monthly. But yeah, I loved this run. I remember it tying with X-Force and Deadpool being stuck in the future.
Same here! I was getting back into all of this stuff heavy when that comic was going. It was a really great run. I loved Cable jumping into the future and dealing with all kinda of different crazy shit.
@@UnparalleledUniverse Yeah man, Messiah Complex was a fun story. I love that era of Cable, hell Cable and Deadpool is prob my fave run of those characters. I was buying trades and like diff 12 issues a week. It got way too crazy and I had to cut down to like 14 a month to like 5 a month. After that I just bought random trade paper backs. The only straight up comics I bought was this month was actually Spawn #296-301, which is funny cause after #200 the last Spawn issues I bought were #250 til 255 or 256. Thanks to the Spawn figure hype lol.
I think the 3.75” line was so underrated. Especially if your are into action figure photography the scale fits into to so many other lines so you can build a universe a lot easier than the 6” line
Yeah you could go in so many directions gi joe ,star wars ,predator ,terminator there are so many figures that fit this scale.
I wish legends got sculpt and paint like this figure.
Joao Angel they have the sculpt, often even better, but the lack of paint on the legends makes them look so much worse then they should
That motion capture on the poses was awesome man really impressed with the set up!

I think what jumped out at me is the paint and sculpting. 2 things that we don't get for ML these days. Especially the paint. Most of the sculpts are recycled over and over again with unpainted add on pieces
Baby Hope would make an awesome Charlie Brown custom.

Yup, this figure is the best ever in the scale...I can't believe they canceled this line right when it was starting to get so good.
Crazy how much detail is in these smaller figs. Marvel legends be jealous
Ironically one of the figures from the Marvel Universe line that have double jointed elbows was She-Hulk (and other figures that used her body mold) while we can barely get any of that for the female Marvel Legends

It’s crazy to think a 3.75 inch baby Yoda would be about the same size as this baby Hope!
MU line was actually pretty dope. I'm not the biggest 3.75 collector, but at the time they were putting out a lot of decent figures

I love this figure! My absolute favorite Marvel Universe figure. I really hope that in one of the new X-Men waves that they make this Cable in legends form!
That would be great but I don't think they would put the love into it that they did with this one.
@@UnparalleledUniverse I unfortunately agree with you. Cable doesn't get the love he deserves from Hasbro. If Mezco ever made another Cable I'd hope it looked more like this. With removable armor like Aquaman!

Great Review! This was the line that got me into seriously collecting action figures again. You could tell Dave Vonner and his crew at Hasbro when they were working on this line had a lot of passion not only for making the figures, but also for the comics as we got figures of characters in their current comic looks during the prime of this figure line (The Civil War era, the Dark Reign, and the Heroic Age). What’s crazy is that some of the figures from the Marvel Universe Line are still better than their ML counterparts like Cable and the Commander Steve Rogers, and that they completed teams with their accurate looks that Hasbro has yet to finish in ML like the Dark Avengers, a proper Illuminati during the Civil War era, West Coast Avengers, etc.
The gun makes me think of Dethlok's and it makes me want to see this rendition of Cable based on that body. It's about the right size. I've never been super blown away by the recent Cable offerings but scaling this up could be a home run.
Its always wild to look back at the rollercoaster universe was. Its what got me introduced to marvel figures when I bought an Iron Fist at a grocery store for $10. They were great and then man did they take a nose dive.
Most righteous M.U. fig ,him & Storm were some of the little guys i picked up back then.(O.K. ,so i picked up a few more than a few) ...great review !

I think the main problem with Legends now is that they are working on a ton of new figures at the same time.
It seems like the team is burned out a little, not the same care and focus goes towards every single figure.

Yeah I was playing...I mean my kids were playing fortnite and I saw the deadpool skin and said ok that's a skin worth buying. Then they showed the cable and domino skins...epic games finally got me

That Wolverine figure is the one from his first appearance with hulk but there are better version of Wolverine in that line. This is my favorite 3.75 line

1. Is it possible that Gamestop, including my local Gamestop in Battle Creek, has secretly got the McFarlane Toys Mortal Kombat 11 Spawn (Sword Version) restock before closing their stores? And for so, will Gamestop finally reopen their shops while keeping the Spawn figures a secret until the 'StayAtHome' is lifted?
2. Will, there be a possibility of an MK11 Spawn figure that will come with a bunch of accessory such as sword, ax, mace, and pair of guns?

As far as your questions, both of those things are possible but I really have no idea.
@@UnparalleledUniverse That's what comes to my mind as well though. Anyway, once this whole epidemic warning has lifted, I do hope that I'll be lucky enough to find both the Sword and Mace version, although the Sword version is way, way more badass.
Definitely a bad ass figure and probably one of if not the best that came from that line. Your right though bro, hasbro has been killing it in recent year's but the love may not be as strong as it once was and i think that was mostly due to dave vonner and him unfortunately getting laid off i believe. He was really all about the toy community i think plus he was one of the OG's from the toy biz team that went over to hasbro. I think this figure is just a good example of the love that was given to this line at the time. Anyways great review as usual bro.

I have a shit ton of these . They where awesome 3”in figs . But they where cheap quality kind of . The newer ones got total up grades . Hasbro are knocking out everyone for 19.99 or 25.00
