"I Love You, Will You Marry Me" is a song he wrote detailing to story of a man named Jason who proposed to a woman, Clare Middleton, through graffiti on Park Hill. This was a huge story at the time of the proposal and the apartment owners, who had the graffiti art on their building ended up profiting from the publicity. However, Middleton died and Jason ended up being homeless.
