Love the video! I have two questions: 1. if I want to achieve consecutive invoice number, so that every invoice has a number + 1, could I achieve this with the formula as well? 2. I would love to see a video only about the formulas and how to use them with maybe some examples :)

Is it possible to also send the mail with other mail providers or a google mail alias so that one can use a custom domain based mail adress? 2. Just out of interest, would it be somehow possible to make the services in the billing doc more dynamic by adding additional rows in the google docs table if e.g. there is content in another aitable row?
@@DavidHill-g5d Of course. 1. You can also use Google workspace. Or are you referring to a non Google mail provider? 2. The only way that I know of if you want to maintain the UI layout of the Google doc template, is to predefine additional variables for the additional rows (ie [[service2]], [[service3]] and so forth in your template. You can then iterate or loop through all the predefined variables, so you can either set those variables based on Aitable row field or an empty string. Hope that made sense.

The setup that I currently have is that all mails that go to my custom mail are forwarded to my google mail. Inside of google mail I can send/answer with my custom domain mail (which is then set as standard mail to reply from in my settings) as an alias via my mailserver. Its a very specific setup though I assume. 2. Thats what I also thought about, thanks! Would be interesting if there is any other text document software that would allow something like programatically addings rows.. But thats also a bit more specific I assume :D
That's a great question! It would have to be done differently as the placeholders for the Google docs are static. I would use something like MarkupGo to build the template which would allow the customer information and list of services to be sent as parameters. Google Docs is fairly limited in this regard unless you're OK with adding static fields in the Google docs template which wouldn't scale well if you have more than 5 or more services. It's also tedious. Let me know and I can put together a sample or POC.
Yes you can! You just need to add a Google Drive step with custom action and use the DELETE method. The URL will be using the format in this documentation (file id is part of the URL) - developers.google.com/drive/api/reference/rest/v2/files/delete Let me know if you have other questions.
