Hello atty. Good afternoon po. Sana po ma help nyo po ako sa concern ko. Mag nag file po kasi sakin ng estafa. Tapos po yung nag file sakin is from different place po. Nasa visayas po sya at ako po ay sa mindanao. Dun po sya nag file sa lugar nila pero dito po nangyari yung na down na investment sa lugar po namin. Bank transfer po yung money na naganap. Paano po yu atty pwedi po ba makapag file ng motion to quash yung side ko since di nam😊an po sa visayas po yung lugar nung investment po?
