    Build a routine.
    Having a routine is essential in building productivity. Being consistent in what you do will take you further, rather than getting random, inconsistent bursts of productivity. That's why building a routine you can stick to is very important. Build your routine with intention.
    Determine what you're priorities are. What works for someone else might not work for you. Maybe you like sleeping in. So design a routine according to your needs, rather than copying someone else's coz it "looks like a good routine."
    Keep it simple & realistic so u can stick to it easily, also so it's more achievable & also sustainable. Try and implement small steps every day, it will improve overtime without you having to drain yourself
    Have a structure
    Making a plan for your day helps you remain focused, organized, and productive. With a clear daily plan, you can imagine how each workday contributes to your overall goals for the week.
    Clean and organize your space: Clean space, clear mind.
    Messy spaces can get overwhelming pretty quickly and I'm sure you can agree with that. Having a messy environment with take away all motivation to get any work done or be productive. It makes you feel cluttered and distract you from focusing on the tasks you need to do. Cleaning and keeping your spaces organized will motivate you to be more productive. Put on some music and clean, its really therapeutic ones you get into it. and once done, you having a clean space will feel like a reward. Try and light clean daily and encorporate a once a week reset, to avoid falling into a cluttered space again. Clean spaces, clear mind remember!
    Discover new hobbies
    & things to look forward to
    Having hobbies will make you less likely to endlessly doom scroll on your phone like a robot. Having things that you love to do will make you happy, it'll make you enjoy your time, make you feel productive like you're doing something valuable with your time, while still doing something good for yourself.     The best thing is you get to choose your hobbies based on your own interests. Find something you'll look forward to doing. Try giving yourself room for growth without any pressure
    Ease your mind.
    Take a moment for yourself
    Taking a moment for yourself may not really seem productive, but giving yourself time to wind down is important. It's necessary in order to have balance in your life. So do things that eases your mind like Journaling or reading will relax and make you feel calm. When you journal you get to reflect on the day, week. You get to see your thoughts and feelings on paper. This habit will allow to keep yourself in check and you get to see how your life changes overtime.
    Work on giving yourself a break when you need one. It's okay, you're a human being, you're not lazy, it's a need.
