So I don’t think you put batteries in the swing for the vibration to work. It uses a D cell battery that’s independent of the wall plug. It goes in the bottom of the seat where her feet are at.

Does it make noise when swinging i just got one and it makes a noise like the motor is struggling ?

It does not run on a timer. It just has speed settings and basic on and off. Thanks for watching!!!!!
