Very good information on growing the Z’s. Have you tried floating row covers to keep off squash & cucumber beetles and a late frost. Cover off when female flowers form. Just a thought. Nice crop.

Thank you! Luckily we don't have the squash beetles here, and I also sometimes hand pollinate them.
