M.U.G.E.N Demonstrations highlight a character's Special moves and Hyper Combos and their commands to use them. Characters must have at least some sort of expansive movelist to work.
Shun Homer Satsu with the line "Do you have any idea how ridiculous you look right now?" is awesome.
For his neutral special, Homer wields a gun
Ze truth: The character was originally made by Warner, at least the sprites. The character was created by "Team S.M.R.T.", who were originally formed by Judgespear and Warner as well.
The only things I don't like about this Homer are purely cosmetic - I think the Kamehameha would be more fitting as a Beer Riot move, as it already has a bunch of reference attacks, and the parts of the rushdown super where he smashes the opponent on the floor could use some VFX. Nevertheless he's easily the best Homer by far.
There is one 'glitch' with all Homer's with the cherry bomb move. If you throw it and it hits your opponent, if you're fast enough to hit them out of it, they will be hit by the next one, causing massive damage.

It's from one of the Treehouse of Horror segments IIRC
someone made a version of this that has super jump, i love old infinite or pots edits with super jump. but it has an annoying anime assist character and it seems harder to pull off the supers in that one than on this one. it also has DDR stuff in it so it's buggy too.
