This is clearly produced by Taku Takahashi, with Sakamoto most likely providing musical input. And seeing as Todd Edwards remixed m-flo's song "How You Like Me Now?" prior to this, it wouldn't surprise me if Taku had taken influence from him.
@legendofonestar Yeah, I can only imagine the only way they did the lyrics was to seperate each individual word (and some syllables) before arranging them. Really paid off in the end though, I love it. :-)

This is way better than auto tune. (even though theres a bit of autotune in it i think)
