You're so welcome and thanks for listening! Adding the names really helped us early on--I started doing it so our rotating set of players could find and learn some of the unfamiliar tunes we threw into our sets. "William Blake's Dead" was written by someone who was watching Jim Jarmusch's movie, "Dead Man" and was inspired to write an alternate score to fit what he heard in his head.
I am very new to this…. But this the some of the best I have ever heard! Portland, Oregon you say?? I have lots of family there. Daughter, Brother, God-Daughter, nieces and nephews and all
You guys do sound great. But as a former Oregonian I cannot understand why there are more opportunities to play in Corvallis than in Portland. There must be SOME way to have a good open session in Portland. I go to two per week in Paris, for heaven’s sake.
I love it you name all the tunes! I'm gonna learn William Blake never heard it before thank you ❤❤
