I dont want to cut my fabric and it be wrong. Please explain when you fold your fabric in half and then fold again like a cone. You said flip. Please help me.
I have 3 meters of width 60( actually it is 58). Is it enough to make a 30 inches long full circle skirt with a bodice attached ? My bodice measurement is 16 inches and i need an 8 inches long sleeve. How do i lay the material so that it gives all these pieces?

Why did you minus 0.5 seam allowance from radius instead of adding 0.5 as seam allowance?
