This worked for me. On the email I typed random letter and then holded it until the copy and paste popped up but it had a Google assistant with it. Then I searched galaxy store and was able to download firefox. Then I did the steps in the video.

Your startup screen is different than mine. I am guessing this means we have different software versions on our devices, different carriers (mine being sprint thus different bootup), or something i'm missing.
The 'tap' of home button 3 times gets me to voice setting and an interactive icon screen but doesn't actually allow me to enter the icons i click. Perhaps there is a solution to my problem? thank you!

same here. I press the home button 3 times, get to the talkback tutorial. Apparently, in the video, he swipes down to see the 'Global Context Menu' (1'34"). Well, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I can't open the menu to then choose 'Talkback Settings'.
