A million+ dollars for this makes my brain explode. Calling that bird bath in the back a "pool" is very creative marketing on someone's part. The best part about this model is the side yard...and I'm sure that's an 8 billion dollar upgrade LOL....
I would not even do videos for this company called them about information 2 years ago. Live out of state but they keep track of all incoming numbers. They tell me now I can't be represented unless
I want to pay for the realtor myself. They say you can just go through us we will take care of everything. You are just bringing in business to them with these videos, now that the way you get payed has changed, it's their discretion.
That should not be a problem because if you have an agreement with your client, your Realtor will be able to negotiate his commission paid by the builder. They want the Realtor’s business. At least that has been my experience so far
House is too small for the layout. No place to entertain. Except out on the patio.
