This video got taken down a year ago and i finally have an apportunity to share it with the world. Hope you'll have fun, i worked really hard on this one!
Welcome to Phase 2 of my superhero movies tributes! So excited to finally bring this to you, seeing how many people have seen and enjoyed the first one. So this one covers superhero movies of 2014 - 2016. But that's not all. Last few years were truly great for another superhero medium - TV. This something i definetly couldn't say three years ago. Netflix and CW are killing it bringing amazing DC and Marvel characters to the screen, so i really wanted to highlight their success in one line with big theatrical releases. I also wanted to make amends with Arrow, which i ignored the last time, but caught up with recently. The last thing i wanted this video to be is a kaleidoscope of various characters. No, my main goal with this video is to showcase everything important that happened to the genre for last three years and follow the path of characters featured in those movies and shows.
This happened to be a much more massive project than i've expected. I put my passion and hard effort in it and i think went a little overboard with it's lenght (it's four minutes longer that the first video). I don't regret doint it, because this video comes from my heart and soul. For once i want to put aside critical acclaim of some of movies featured and celebrate the fact that today we CAN have Batman fighting Superman in a movie. We CAN have Daredevil and Flash done 100% true to the spirit of their comics. We CAN have Civil War movie that is arguably better than Civil War comic. We CAN have a weirder, less popular properties like Ant-Man, Guardians or Suicide Squad to be a succesful franchises. We CAN have a live-action Deadpool that looks, acts and talks as if he walked out of comic book page. And i hope you'll stick with it through every second of these twelve minutes. I'm hugely satisfied with how it turned out and i hope you will be too. Have fun!
P.S. Three years ago i left out Fantastic Four (2005) and it's sequel out of conversation feeling it's overall uselesness in terms of bringing an iconic characters to the big screen. Back then i was sure that i will have the reboot in my next video. Now...next time maybe?

So I was putting off watching this because I knew I was going to feel all of the feels. Real glad I finally did watch it, though, because it's beautiful. I hope you do one for Phase 3. I'm not ready, everything that's going down in DC and Marvel is too much for my poor little heart.
I feel you! Can't really say anything certain about Phase 3, by 2020 there might be too much even for me to handle in one video.

Thanks for the re-upload. BTW did you add any new footage to this? Because I think I've noticed certain clips in the video I didn't see before.
Because I was so afraid of copyright takedowns like the one that got you, I already downloaded it, as I did with your other cinema tributes. :) But it seems that the copy of this one I have is just called "Age of Superheroes": is this a rebranding or have you slightly modified some scenes?
Well done, man! I didn't change it, it just occured to me that it's better to put Phase 2 in the title to differenciate it from the first part.
