You can imagine her mother has been doing her hair since she was born. She's used to getting it done. It didn't appear, to me that she was in ANY pain. She's probably just old enough to realize, the more she can be patient and sit still, the faster she will be done...Vid is speed up, so it may be deceiving, but, Mom is very gentle; knows her child; knows what she's doing...😘
This is so amazing. The skill and meticulous attention to detail. The the patience of that child. I've only seen braids put in once in person. I love that I can see this in TH-cam. It's such a lengthy process, but looks like a dance.
Dang this is my hair, I'm puerto rican my mother is black puerto rican afro and all and I got her hair. My mom when I was little will put avocados in the blender with olive oil and a good conditioner after that she will put it on my hair for 30 min with a plastic shower cap. My braids looked so good 🤗 hair felt so soft gracias mami. 😘

Really impressive! The precision, uniformity-amazing! The little girl is so resigned to sitting there for however long the process takes. I guess you learn super young: if you want your hair a certain way, it’s a chore that you’re going to have to wait for! Gorgeous!
