Fun fact! If I remember correctly, Oda confirmed that Luffy has, indeed, PTSD from Marineford and nightmares, because of not having treated correctly the trauma (Like, Jimbe helped him keep going, but the trauma is still there)

I just realized after you included Whitebeard vs Ace, that moment is the same as Ace saving Dadan and Ace going against Akainu. Everytime Ace had someone he loved behind him, that no matter what, he couldnt turn around and loose the fight. His crew (vs Whitebeard), his brother and Dadan, and finally Luffy at Marineford☹️
