I am finally transferring to a 4-year college from community college at age 30! When I first went back to college I wanted to apply for nursing BSN but I changed my mind. Your videos are informative and inspiring to we future CAA's. Thank you and keep it up!

I love your channel so much. I was pre med and planned to apply to med school this year but decided it would be a better investment of my time and money to go to CAA school. I would come out debt free and would only be 24, giving me a ton of time to compound my wealth. I believe that living below your means and investing a ton in your 20s and 30s can allow you to retire as early as your 40s. Easier said than done but I’m so excited to start making some real money.

Yes that's one of the biggest things I believe in as well! Living below my means and investing the difference :)

Thank you so much for this information. I am also Mexican and working in the medical field. I am a nurse practitioner working in pain management. I get paid close to your annual income. I will say that money out here in California does not go a long way. I have over $200,000 in student loan debt. I made the tough decision to move back in with my parents. l pay them rent, but I am still able to have so much more money to pay down my debt. I do not regret moving in with my parents even with having a small family with my husband, my 4 year old son, and I. I am so grateful to my parents. We paid off $10,000 of credit card debt in 2 months. We just started tackling our student loans once the credit cards were paid off. I am so excited to get rid of this debt. Your video reminds me about how important it is to invest in our future. Thank you for your informative, easy to follow video. I am going to look into a roth IRA account. We are also going to go back into investing in stocks.

Wow! Good for you for taking steps to manage your finances and build toward your future! In times like those I try to remember the saying “If you live like no one else now, later you can live and GIVE like no one else.”
Good luck on your journey :)

The pandemic/travel jobs accelerated my timeline massively so I find myself almost wondering if I should even go to CAA or just keep being a travel RT. I'll reach $1M in my early 40's either way.
