The weather in Texas over summer is actually the same as here in Oklahoma. It's not that it's hot it's the high humidity.
On another note your not supposed to let a child fall asleep after hurting his head, supervise him for 24 hours to make sure he's ok. Im glad it wasn't any worse n just a small bump.
