임진각에 가다 / Going to Imjingak

캐나다 친구 부부와 함께 파주에 있는 임진각을 찾았습니다. 6.25전쟁 납북자 기념관을 갔을 때, 캐나다 친구는 깊은 감명을 받을 것 같았습니다. 그리고 곤돌라를 타고, DMZ와 임진강 평화 전망대도 보았습니다. 외국인에게 남북분단의 비극을 보여줄 수 있는 좋은 기회였습니다.
We visited Imjingak in Paju with my Canadian friend and his wife. When we visited the Korean War Abductees Memorial Center, my Canadian friend seemed very impressed.
Then we took a gondola and saw the DMZ and the Imjin River Peace Observatory.
It was a good opportunity to inform foreigners about the tragedy of the division of North and South Korea.
