Yes we should add one more fast to Aashura fast , it's up to you whether you add before Aashura or after Aashura, العرف الشذي شرح سنن الترمذي (2/ 177) "وحاصل الشريعة: أن الأفضل صوم عاشوراء وصوم يوم قبله وبعده، ثم الأدون منه صوم عاشوراء مع صوم يوم قبله أو بعده، ثم الأدون صوم يوم عاشوراء فقط. والثلاثة عبادات عظمى، وأما ما في الدر المختار من كراهة صوم عاشوراء منفرداً تنزيهاً، فلا بد من التأويل فيه أي أنها عبادة مفضولة من القسمين الباقيين، ولا يحكم بكراهة؛ فإنه عليه الصلاة والسلام صام مدة عمره صوم عاشوراء منفرداً، وتمنى أن لو بقي إلى المستقبل صام يوماً معه".فقط واللہ اعلم.
Fasting of assura is haram. According to ibn massoud in sahih muslim فروى مسلم في صحيحه - كتاب الصوم - صوم يوم عاشوراء - عن ابن مسعود أنه قال: ((قد كان يصام (أي: يوم عاشوراء) قبل أن ينزل رمضان, فلما نزل رمضان ترك)).
That's an incorrect interpretation of the hadith. The hadith means that its OBLIGATION was abandoned, it was still recommended as per the OTHER authentic hadith directly from the Prophet himself. Check literally any of the authoritative commentaries of Sahih Muslim instead of interpreting it yourself. -Imam Tom

Also the word ( Ashura) was not known before the murder of Imam hussein. Albani affirms that fasting Ashura is Bedaa invented by the murderers of Imam hussein. The oumaya clan. I mentioned hadith with the same meaning in the khutbah itself. It does not mean what you purport it to mean. Literally any authoritative explanation of both hadith you have cited clarifies that what is meant here is the OBLIGATION of fasting Ashura to have been abandoned, not the recommendation to fast. You have not addressed the other hadith that prove its recommendation. You have committed errors of interpretation and omission. Typical. You are also wrong that the word Ashura wasn't known, since the Prophet himself mentioned it in the same books of hadith you have cited. Your prophet takes his Deen from the jews according to the speaker! If we ask the jews , do you fast ashura, they wouldn't know what you're talking about. This is blind faith!

That proof is so ubiquitous I'll let you find it. They didn't follow Moses, they followed Allah. But Allah confirmed some of what the Jews were doing as genuine revelation and worth also doing, abrogated other things, and condemned others as heresies and innovations. Moses also taught the Jews to worship one God, should we abandon that too? You're thinking tribalistically. I explained all this in the video, go back and listen.
