Pichu survived because Teddiursa ran and grabbed Wooper and made Wooper use Water Gun to prevent Pichu from hitting the ground. Pichu was lucky Wooper was around.
Of course, Pichu's can be very mischievous and can get themselves into bad situations sometimes like the Pichu holding the balloons got itself in that situation by thinking he could carry all of the balloons lol
@@lights97 True lol that's another reason why I love Pichu's. They not only look and sound cute but they act really cute too, they've been shown/described to be troublemakers. They really are baby Pokemon 💛
