I just rode both loops last week. It is a trail that it helps to be familiar with to carry speed and know when the features are coming. I rode it blind w no dabs on Lamb Loop, but it was tough sledding. I had to muscle up the climbs bc I didn't know when they were coming. Also, I crawled trough some of the berms, bc I was unfamiliar w the trail. Next time I ride it, I think it will be more fun. Counterclockwise is better too. Good riding and nice video production.
