Kathal masala ek bahut hi swadisht aur unique Indian dish hai, jo kathal (jackfruit) se banayi jati hai. Agar aap kathal ke fan hain ya kuch naya try karna chahte hain, to ye recipe zaroor try karein.
Ingredients
For Cutting
2 tbsp Mustard oil, सरसों का तेल
750 gms Jackfruit, peeled, cut into
dices,
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
seperate seeds and cut into thin pieces
1 potato cut pieces
For Ginger Garlic paste
2 red chilly
4 green chilli
jeera 1 tsp
hing 1/2 tsp
black elaichi
dhaniya powder
1 TSP sauff
4 Green chili, less spicy,
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
5 large Onions, paste
2 tomato puree
1 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder,
1 1/2 tbsp red chili powder,
Fried Jackfruit, तला हुआ कटहल
1 tbsp Garam masala powder,
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
2-3 tsp Lemon juice,
2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
