Alpharetta is about the same distance to Atlanta as Marietta and Kennesaw. Yes, the traffic does kind of suck, and it’s about the same in Marietta as it is in Alpharetta.
In 1993 I moved from LA California to Alpharetta, which is walking distance from what's now, the "City Center". I remember 31 years ago someone at work asked me if I was glad to get out of the LA traffic. I remember saying, "I've got news for you, the traffic in Alpharetta is worse than traffic in LA. I remember a job I had in Buckhead. The drive to and from work was more stressful than my job.
Schools aside, how's the nightlife comparison for adults between Alpharetta and Kennesaw? Houses just seem much cheaper in Kennesaw and guessing traffic may be less out there too?
If EVERYONE is moving to Alpharetta, Georgia, it's going to be a hell of a place to live. The current population of the USA alone is over 341 million. If you add in the rest of the world to include EVERYONE, i don't know how it would be possible unless Alpharetta, Georgia, annexed the rest of the world.
