I've been super overwhelmed and stressed and my mind was racing with lists of things i need to do all night. i tried a meditation and white noise to sleep and was on the verge of tears bc I'm so exhausted and desperately wanted sleep and idk how you did it but I was FINALLY able to close my eyes and rest with this. This was truly the most healing
sound experience I have ever had. As an empath and light worker, I am often in need of clearing heavier energy from my body. This relaxed my nervous system so perfectly enabling space to quiet the mind, which then allows the body to more easily connect back into divine source energy-that energy which is pure light and unconditional love.
