Thank you so very much! I just received a new Samsung washer and dryer. One part fell inside the dryer during the door reversal from the right to the left side. Neither Samsung, nor Lowe's were willing to help. I (67 years old female) was able to get this part and fix the dryer by myself using your helpful video! I just removed the door, so it would not be heavy. Saved a lot of money and had a lot of fun! My husband was very proud of me. Thanks a lot!
Awesome set of videos, stripped right down, cleaned/lubricated/retightened my dryer to eliminate a rattle that had my wife browsing amazon for a new one. Really clear, no big gaps to confuse a novice like me. Same comment for all of them…..starting with this secret top release. Thanks a bog bunch!

My washer is almost the same but it has a plastic base. I am having a terrible time trying to get the bottom loose
