Hearing Ramin Karimloo sing this in his Ramin Karimloo voice kind of pisses me off. Dude has absolutely zero regard for matching the material he’s performing, which has worked wonders for his brand, but I don’t think it’s done wonders for the quality of his work.
Copying those who did it well before you does not make for a creative performance. Using your own talent to make something your own is what makes a great performer.
