Baela is so much like Laena and Rhaenys, but with Daemon’s quick temper. She’s definitely brave like her Mom and Grandmother, but holds grudges like her Dad.
had Jace survived long enough to take over after his mom passed, both him and Baela would have made amazing rulers. she's headstrong, knows what she wants and what she needs to do, she'd make a terrific ruler alongside her husband
And though I wish she was allowed to have more of her own identity displayed, the way she is with Jace gives us a glimpse of what could have been. The moment he doubts himself, she's there giving him tough love.

I think Moondancer is Vhagar's daughter. Baela's dragoness hatched when she was infant and I think Laena and Daemon would in first place put into crib egg of one of their dragons, and since Caraxes is male, it ha sto be Vhagar who was mother. And Moondancer is green just like Vhagar 🐲🟢

She's 16 actively fighting in a war that could cost her, her life at any time. She's fierce and headstrong. She is actively serving on a war council. There is another moment that happens much later and THAT is why she is called Baela "The Brave". She's her parents and grandmother all rolled into one. Doesn't it take bravery to place yourself in harms way on a daily basis?

And she was even younger than in show - she was 13-15 during Dance. Tell me she was not brave! Then she fight against much bigger dragon and managed to mortally wound him. Even after Dance Baela still was defiant and brave and escaped from Council members who tried marry her against her will, and she instead marry whom she wanted, man of her own choosing.
