Hey everyone! Really bad timing with this video coming out. My printer failed so unfortunately 3D printing commissions are CLOSED INDEFINITELY! *update - ALL public commissions are now closed. Sorry!
I started to grew out of Thomas these days and more into real railways, because I am so bored that there's nothing to watch. But contents like this are the ones keeping me still. Thanks.
The labor over this video was worth it. This was a treat to watch- your editing is phenomenal and the pairing of the calm low fi music with the chaotically hilarious bits, all covering a really cool modelling process, made this really engaging and fun to watch. Boy the pain was apparent when you kept encountering obstacles- I physically winced when the crack formed on the third duncan shell. Love the reference to the duncan game on the old TTTE website, and the gamer keyboard smashing bit was perfection. Keep up the amazing work!!
Man despite all the trouble you managed to keep pushing through! Mad respect! He looks awesome and I’m super excited to see who you’ve got for us next!! 💛✨
Honestly … for a perfect Duncan Use the westcliffworks Douglas model . It is specifically built to fit the Percy chassis . So it is a perfect fit when placed ontop So what you could do is use that bodyshell and the same faces on this one . Just keep this chassis … but use that bodyshell and then the chassis will be a flush and perfect fit to the body . Tho ither way your Duncan looks beautiful .
Sorry the shell gave you so much trouble. I've seen people use a number of different chassis for these so the undercarriage is left in a cut-to-fit state. As always if you'd ever like to have a friend print a shell instead you can always send me a DM on Twitter and we can arrange that. I hate to see people having to repeat transactions like this. Anyways, you did a great job on the model.
Lovely tvs Duncan, it's a shame prices for things have gone up so much because it means I have to choose between eating for the week or making an Edward model.
nice Duncan model i love when to modeling the skarloey engine's btw what kind of yellow did you use for duncan keep up the wonderfull model's dude i cant wait to see more
Great video, but honestly I think you need to use your “reaction” clips in moderation, like it’s funny but it takes away imho. But still it’s an incredible model and I appreciate you divulging into the process and the fact that you bought 3 shells
What exact listing on shapeways did you get this Duncan shell from because I can't find it on shapeways so could you please put a link in the comments so I can find it
@@Legomastr365 man, so sorry for man, buying more duncan shells will cost so much. At least you fix the problem on hoe to fix it. Cuz if you buy another shell, it'll cost more money.
That's money wasting when you brought three body shells of Duncan. I once had the issue of when I drew a number of my replicas of Shrimp from The Seal Of Neptune and The Mermaids Perls by Oliver Postgate, they were suppose to have pupils looking at me but in the end I drew them looking to the left and the right. It's not talk of Thomas but I thought I'd tell you I'm into replica making.
Hold up … just re watched this video here and I have just now realised that your Duncan dose not have a rear or front coupler to couple to 009 stock or the wagons and coaches . What dose bro do . Push trucks everywhere and slam them into the shed set 😂😂😂 Oh well . Your model your choices Tho I am kinda confused on how he is meant to pull wagons or coaches ? Thanks for reading . Bye

Do you still want me to narrate in your next Thomas stories?
So who is next
Is that Ivo Hugh on the left?😮 3:55

The shell has since been removed from shapeways
duncan i love🤩😍🥰🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡😘
That was a painful for you man, how much it cost to print duncan shell?
I got the Duncan shell on Shapeways. It was around $25-30 I think but shapeways had a price increase recently so it might be a little bit more now
@@Legomastr365 man, so sorry for man, buying more duncan shells will cost so much. At least you fix the problem on hoe to fix it. Cuz if you buy another shell, it'll cost more money.
Well obviously he's done now so I have no need to buy another one
