I think you honestly need to upgrade the front end on these bikes completely for best performance. With both bbr springs it felt kinda like a pogo stick. So we put one stock spring back in and increased the fluid to 20w. Definitely seemed to help.
I’m actually going back to redo this video this weekend. The dang thing acts like a pogo stick in the front end. Going to remove one bbr spring and add 20wt see if that helps. Also make sure you put the springs in the right way. Pay attention to your stock springs coming out. One side is tighter wound then the other. Fluid amount is in the video. Can’t remember off hand right now.

You should ALLWAYS loosen the caps with the forks in the clamps!!!
