The difference now is that they would have knowledgeable people above them who would demand the best and if they do not deliver, then they are gone...Its like the difference between having a well respected supervisor and one everyone show derision towards trust me, one would get a better output from his workers than the other

Fans need to calm down on this De Ligt. Teams like Munich aren't in the habit of selling top players. The same thing happened with Varane and Madrid. These teams don't let these types of players go if they aren't on the way down or injury prone.
