I absolutely love the cover on this journal awesome!! I laughed so hard when you said that you dont have a big enough bag for your craft room, when you had to evacuate your home during the bomb scare. Ive been through a bomb scare once while taking a class at our local employment center. It was scary. I can't imagine how you felt when your home was in jepordy.
Thank you 💜 I think it was just such a shock at the time that I didn’t have time to think about it. And by the time I started to worry it was all over and we were able to go back home 😅
I absolutely love the way you covered this journal. I’m getting ready to create the cover for my family history journal and want to use fabric. It will have 3 chunky signatures so I’m not sure about a soft cover. Maybe volume 1, 2 and 3! 😁 I’m anxious to try one like this. Thanks for sharing!!! ❤️❤️
Thank you JoDee, I really wanted to try a soft cover so only did a small journal because I agree a large one needs a more robust cover I think. You could cover chipboard with fabric I imagine. So many things to try and only so many hours in the day! lol
I'm looking at soft cover journals and always threw away the big padded envelope s. When I saw you cut it down through my immediate thought was folding up for pockets. Perhaps take the bulky bubble out of that bit. I'm going to try it anyway. Great to find another East Midlands girl, too. Thank you very much. 😊Subscribed.
