Dantes was right about stridebreaker but liandry's on heimer is nicer as it makes his turrets pressure insane. ludens would be good for heimer W but its way nicer to have liandry's in almost every scenario
I personally rushed rilays as heimer supp, first back giant belt is actually op and pretty much guarantees safety in lane. What I also did is rush to mid lane jungle at the start of the game with the supp item, place three turrets to quickly gain 60g and back to buy refillable potion before going to lane. It was also such a significant upper hand in every match.

Im not criticizing that he didnt know how heimer works, im just surprised
he def knows how the champ works, its just for small details like heimer turrets deactivating sometimes they dont know them if they dont play the champ
