BS. It's all about timing and manipulated to bring the price down. If you look back to Feb/March/April 2021 there was the first of 2 pump and dumps and the ATH earlier this year to $73k, that was the first pump and dump of 2024. If BTC goes over $100k towards the end of the year it will just be another pump and dump.
