I hope you can find some effective ways of dealing with anxiety. The sooner, the better to keep anxiety from being a life long problem. Meditation, yoga, prayer, exercise and my favorite- pets!! Taking care of a pet (dog, cat, fish, turtle) of any kind has proven to lower stress and anxiety significantly. Good luck!

This should help me sleep well tonight especially after the say I had, I was about 3 miles from my house on a bike when the back tire gave up and went flat... I had to walk the whole way back not to mention it was like 20 degrees F
Not loud enough to drown out the booming music from the loud trucks that drive by or the four dogs that bark next door I can always turn it down if those things are not going to be at play but if it's not loud enough in the first place what's the point of a like or a subscribe?
