Ladies and Gents Group Beach Ride Video 16 - Lady 💃🏽 Dragon 🐉 Takes a Flier...

My trike loves to accelerate down even the slightest grade and holds momentum because I learned in the early years of my life that coasting or soft pedaling cost valuable momentum that came right out of ones muscle glycogen or glucose reserves as the wind parachute dragged forward motion away.
Lots of riders haven't learned this yet and they'll pedal a few strokes then stop pedaling for few feet... Lose momentum and have to accelerate all over again not realizing its more energy efficient and pleasant to maintain a steady tempo and power output the same as it works in a car for gas mileage and wear and tear.
So between that and my trikes smaller footprint through the atmosphere I always ride away from upright road bikes on the downhills and they will have to work really hard to close the gap on the flats unless I decide to give Dragon a little kick in the ribs to "Giddy Up".
Lady Dragon realizes that going vertical is my achilles due to the weight difference between our rigs and body mass.
She's built like a pure climber and I'm built like a sprinter.
She takes a flyer on me as we start up a short rise and keeps right on going like a rocket 🚀
I watch as she disappears well up the road and no one from behind seems to be pursuing her.
So again I tell Dragon to "Giddy Up" and she Giddies Up!
Warp 6 is good enough to close the gap quickly....
She's still calm and collected and tapping out a nice rhythm.
I wish all riders both road bikes and trikes trained at least to her level.
I'm no flirt as I'm very married to a different kind of Lovely and I can truly appreciate the beauty of a women that can dance like that and is ok with my dancing along.
