One of our finished landscaping projects here in Mindanao is with "Sitio Maupot" located in the Municipality of Magpet, North Cotabato. We are so blessed to have been given the opportunity to design and landscape this amazing and jaw dropping place in Mindanao.

Why Bali Concept? …
Why there’s a lot of Buddha Statues anywhere?..
Why the place is blended with nature?..
So, let me ask you again,
Are you wondering why among other concepts, the Sitio Maupot Family Resort chose to be a Bali- Inspired Resort?
- Who could envision that we could reach Bali Indonesia without presenting any passport or crossing other countries? That is one of the focal reasons why the owners preferred to adopt the Balinese concept, to bring the people to something novel, something beyond the concept of a TRAVEL GOALS, just within the PHILIPPINES but with a foreign touch.
- So, here we go, all of your queries will be answered and of course, we would like to acknowledge the active participation of the people behind the informative contributions of Dr. Isagani S. Leal and his supportive wife Ms. Kimberly M. Leal.
- BALINESE CONCEPT is based on Hindu Philosophy that in order to restore PEACE inside, you must have to BALANCE the three (3) essential aspects. (1) to balance your INTERPERSONAL relationship with your FELLOW MEN, (2) balance your relationship with NATURE and (3) balance your relationship with GOD. These facts are all bounded with the owner’s philosophies in life, and did you know that the owner was once a SEMINARIAN, it was taught during their stay in seminary the importance of being engaged with people, nature and God. ABSOLUTELY! Your questions are now answered.
- But, we want to give you more more more information.
- INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH PEOPLE - we all know that persons are co-creator of God, we must manifest that stewardship since we have direct responsibilities with nature. The SERVICE PROVIDERS (staff) of the resort were briefed regarding their responsibilities in maintaining the GREEN TOUCHES of the surroundings and the manners required to sustain the said interpersonal relationship with the owners, co-workers, guests, community and God.
BALANCED RELATIONSHIP WITH NATURE- It has to be in contact with NATURE, MOUNTAINS, SEA, RIVER and FOREST, that is why the location selection of the resort was based on the mentioned aspects, since the owners are from the municipality of Magpet (well known in highland mountains and rivers) they decided to put up this establishment in the same municipality since one of their legacies is to SHARE WHAT YOU HAVE, and they want to share their success on the people for employment and for the Tourism development as well.
- BEST LOCATION- not just because it is blended with nature as one of the important aspects of the concept but what makes the location more enticing is the OVERLOOKING VIEW of MT. APO. It is DEFINITELY a TOTAL PACKAGE. It is one of the BEST ASSETS of the resort- the LOCATION.
- And let’s explore the concept of the rooms, as you can see the THREE ASPECTS of BALI Concept are present. It is the reason why the bed is facing the nature, comfort rooms are open to interact with nature as well, and what makes the room unique from the others is the GARDEN inside, to preserve the natural concept.
- BALANCED RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD- it is mentioned earlier that people are co-creators of GOD and here at Sitio Maupot Family Resort although our concept believes Hinduism (reasons why there’s presence of Buddha anywhere) but we do worship our own GOD and racism is not an issue in our community. We worship the same God who graced us the gift of NATURE.
