Maybe, need water. It depends on what kinds or variety of vanda orchids.. Mine is a kind of vandas that need full sun or direct sunlight..there are also vanda that indirect sunlight.

Maam good day, I only use organic fertilizers which is RICE WATER mix with pure water once aweek.. Then they love full sun😊
