- The Seattle Storm put on a show in their comeback win against the Sun, securing an 11-point victory. Their defense was the key to success, handing the Sun their 3rd loss of the szn with a final score of 72-61.
Jewell Loyd led all scorers with 16 PTS, 5 REB and 5 AST.

The Sun are falling apart. They got to get their stuff together. Their starters are inconsistent.
Great game. I loved seeing Thomas blocked. She loves to push off so much that seeing her fail was great. Storm was passing really well, moving to open spots, cutting to the basket. It was great to watch.
I just keep getting to say this, but i am so impressed w/Jordan Horston! She's a Hustler, AND, a Keeper!!

Seeing the first two quarters of this game is reconfirming that the WNBA needs more than 12 teams. These ladies are tired. They need rest. I hope next season we can have at least 16 teams.
How good the wnba is doing u see more teams sooner than later
Next year they are expanding to 13 teams, and then 14 teams in 2026. It will continue to expand with all the success they are getting.
Adding more teams would be great but it's the schedule. They are playing as many games as possible before the break due to the Olympics. The schedule should be less hectic once the olympics is over.

The Sun are overrated, they mostly beat up on weaker teams. I give there defense credit but there offense is not anemic

i could definitely see this happening but i also agree that nika is learning a lot at seattle and may want to spend some time there even though she’s not getting in game minutes rn. kind of like pili at minnesota though i have a feeling pili will go to one of the expansion teams at some point
@@samr3140 I actually would prefer Alissa Pili over Nika but If Chicago could somehow acquire both, it would be the Steal of the Century. Both could immediate get starter type minutes. And both would be straight up ballers. Hard to believe both are mostly on the bench.
I don't know why I feel sorry for these other teams, I don't know why, I just watch Fever and Sky, they are somuch fun to watch
