Validity Of Demonetisation Case Question's Answer
Government of India Used RBI's Act 1934 Section 26 subclause 2 for Demonetisation and if the judges of supreme court consider it invalid then nothing will change it was done through the RBI's Act 1934 until or unless there's no amendment in this RBI's Act
