It's easier to say that the dependant visa holder can work for any company...but in reality there is a employer restrictions in verifying the home status/documents for working without any hiccups..in reality the employer or the moat companies would like someone with the indefinite visa or remain to live in UK visa applicants and not someone with the temporary visas which I've experienced..so I would also suggest that you are also aware of what to expect when you receive the dependant visa, unless you are willing to work for anything that comes on your way and the employer doesn't mind
